Absences requiring proof. (a) If required by Myer the employee must provide Myer with evidence that would satisfy a reasonable person that the leave was taken due to personal illness.
(b) Myer may require satisfactory proof of illness for absence, which is continuous with other forms of leave (including public holidays).
Absences requiring proof. (a) For absences in excess of 3 single days or absences of 2 or 3 consecutive days, an employee shall furnish to Myer such evidence as Myer reasonably may desire, that the employee was unable, by reason of such illness or injury, to attend for duty on the day or days for which sick leave is claimed.
(b) ▇▇▇▇ leave exceeding 3 consecutive rostered working days will require a medical certificate issued from a registered health practitioner.
(c) Myer may require satisfactory proof of illness for absence, which is continuous with other forms of leave (including public holidays).
(d) If it is not reasonably practicable for the team member to give Myer a medical certificate from a registered health practitioner, such claims may need to be supported by a statutory declaration.
