Common use of Academic Training Clause in Contracts

Academic Training. Apprentices are required as a condition of apprenticeship to receive and attend classroom instructions and to authorize the release, if necessary, of classroom records to the WLJAC. The schedule of work processes and related instructions are attached to this apprenticeship plan. Modifications may be made to the schedules by the Committee, subject to final approval by the Company. Credit for time spent in academic training is given in the calculation of the hours of apprenticeship served and shall be applied against the period total.
