Acceptance by Parties. Acceptance by Parties. 31 This Collective Bargaining Agreement is made and entered into by and between the Board of Trustees on behalf of Chicago State University, (hereinafter called the Employer), and Local #73, General Services Employees Union (SEIU), Local No. 73, C.T.W CLC, (hereinafter called the Union) mutually desire to assure adequate time to accomplish negotiations of the new collective bargaining agreement, the parties agree to all terms and conditions as well as negotiated to July 1, 2007, including any improvements in benefits, wages, etc. The parties to this Agreement are dedicated to promote a harmonious atmosphere between the Employer, its employees, and the Union that will result in continuous and effective support to the academic effort and personal relationships in the application of the provisions of this Agreement.
