ACCEPTANCE OF MEMBERSHIP. NPTC accepts the membership participation of listed Members. Members agree to abide by the bylaws of NPTC as provided and as amended from time-to-time.
ACCEPTANCE OF MEMBERSHIP. The President is hereby authorized to accept membership for the United States in the Multi- lateral Investment Guarantee Agency (herein- after in this subchapter referred to as the ‘‘Agency’’) provided for by the Convention Es- tablishing the Multilateral Investment Guaran- tee Agency (hereinafter in this subchapter re- ferred to as the ‘‘Convention’’) deposited in the archives of the International Bank for Recon- struction and Development (hereinafter in this subchapter referred to as the ‘‘Bank’’).
ACCEPTANCE OF MEMBERSHIP. SEC. 2. The President is hereby authorized to accept membership for the United States in the International Monetary Fund (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund"), and in the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank"), provided for by the Articles of Agreement of the Fund and the Articles of Agreement of the Bank as set forth in the Final Act of the United Nations Monetary and Financial Conference dated July 22, 1944, and deposited in the archives of the Department of State. ACCEPTANCE OF MEMBERSHIP. After the Fund shall have informed the Government of the United States of America that Zambia has complied with the conditions set forth in paragraph 7 of this Resolution, Zambia shall become a member of the Fund as of the date when Zambia shall have complied with the following requirements:

ACCEPTANCE OF MEMBERSHIP. New Zealand shall become a member of the Corporation, with a subscription as set forth in paragraph 2 of this Resolution, as of the date when New Zealand shall have complied with the following requirements:
ACCEPTANCE OF MEMBERSHIP. 3.1.The decision to accept the application of a potential member shall be at the sole discretion of INVERSE FITNESS. INVERSE FITNESS reserves the right to verify, or require proof of all information given in order to obtain membership and any fraudulent or wrongful information given in order to obtain such membership could result in the cancellation of all membership rights and lead to the payment of all monies due to INVERSE FITNESS. If the membership application is accepted by INVERSE FITNESS, membership of INVERSE FITNESS by the applicant shall commence as stated on the Membership Agreement.
ACCEPTANCE OF MEMBERSHIP. After the Bank shall have informed the Government of the United States of America that Ceylon + (i) has made the payments called for by paragraph 4 of this resolution; (ii) has made the representation called for by paragraph 5 of this resolution ; and (iii) has furnished the information requested by the Bank pursuant to said paragraph 5, and after Ceylon f shall have become a member of the International Monetary Fund, Ceylon f shall become a member of the Bank, with a subscription as set forth in paragraph 2 of this resolution, as of the date when Ceylon f shall have complied with the following requirements ;—
