ACCESS ON PREMISES. You grant us a permanent easement on your premises to construct, install, maintain, inspect and/or replace our outlets, cable television transmission lines and all other Equipment necessary to provide Services. If you are not the owner of the premises, you warrant that you have obtained the consent of the owner of the premises for us to make installation and maintenance contemplated by this Work Order.

ACCESS ON PREMISES. As a condition of receiving services, Customer authorizes HomeWorks to enter premises to construct, install, maintain, inspect and/or replace all other Equipment necessary to provide Services. Furthermore, as the owner of the premises at which the Services are provided, Customer will, upon request, grant to HomeWorks a perpetual easement without charge on and through premises to construct, install, maintain, inspect and/or replace outlets, transmission lines and all other Equipment necessary to provide Services to Customer and others. • If Customer is not the owner of the premises, Customer warrants that he/she has authority to grant such access and easement to HomeWorks, or that he/she has obtained consent from the owner of the premises for HomeWorks to install and maintain Equipment as indicated on work order.

Customer, if owner, will also grant the right to remove trees and obstructions to provide clear right-of-way for all communication cable and equipment.

Furthermore, as the owner of the premises at which the Services are provided, Customer will, upon request, grant to TRICOLINK a perpetual easement without charge on and through premises to construct, install, maintain, inspect and/or replace our outlets, transmission lines and all other Equipment necessary to provide Services to Customer and others.

Furthermore, as the owner of the premises at which the Services are provided, Customer will, upon request, grant to Velocity a perpetual easement without charge to enter and to construct, install, maintain, inspect, replace and/or remove our outlets, transmission lines and all other Equipment necessary to provide Services to Customer and others. Customer, if owner, will also grant the right to remove trees and obstructions to provide clear right-of-way for all communication cable and equipment.

ACCESS ON PREMISES. As a condition of receiving services, Customer grants to MCEC Fiber, Inc. authorization to enter premises to construct, install, maintain, inspect, and/or replace all other Equipment necessary to provide Services. Furthermore, as the owner of the premises at which the Services are provided, Customer will, upon request, grant to MCEC Fiber, Inc. a perpetual easement without charge on and through premises to construct, install, maintain, inspect and/or replace our outlets, transmission lines and all other Equipment necessary to provide Services to Customer and others.
ACCESS ON PREMISES. Owner grants PGEC Enterprises, LLC, without charge, an easement to, over, under and across Owner’s property to construct, install, maintain, connect, reconnect, inspect, upgrade, extend, expand, remove and/or replace fiber lines, equipment, material and infrastructure, including, but not limited to, poles, wires, anchors, guys, cross arms, fiber optic cables, above ground pedestals and other necessary appurtenances. The easement hereby granted by Owner to PGEC Enterprises, LLC shall include the right to attach wiring and equipment to structures. Upon installation of Internet service by PGEC Enterprises, LLC, PGEC Enterprises, LLC shall have the right of access to enter upon Owner’s/Applicant’s/Joint Applicant’s premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of maintaining, testing, removing its wiring, equipment and other property. In the event such access is at any time denied to PGEC Enterprises, LLC, its agents, representatives or employees, PGEC Enterprises, LLC shall have the right to discontinue Internet service to the premises without notice.
