Customer Premises Equipment. Although it is provided to You on Your premises for the purpose of receiving the Service, all right, title and interest in any Customer Premises Equipment provided or operated by Us will remain exclusively with Us and You will not obtain any right, title or security interest (including any lien) in or over Customer Premises Equipment.
Customer Premises Equipment. The term “CPE,” for purposes of this Product Annex, refers to items identified in a Sprint-approved equipment list attached to the Agreement.
Customer Premises Equipment. Verizon will provide Customer title to purchased customer premises equipment (CPE) in accordance with the terms set forth below.
Customer Premises Equipment. 4.1 You must only connect Customer Premises Equipment to Our Service at Our designated Network Termination Point.
4.2 Where Customer Premises Equipment requires software for its operation You are responsible for updating the software level of this Customer Premises Equipment to a level that We will advise You from time to time.
4.3 Where equipment is no longer supported by its original manufacturer We may declare it to be obsolete, in which case We will provide You with one month’s written notification that We are no longer able to provide the Repair Service to the particular Customer Premises Equipment involved and reduce the charges for the Service accordingly.
4.4 We may from time to time carry out inspections and or maintenance of the Customer Premises Equipment in order to ensure its continued operation and correct maintenance. This may be carried out with a site visit or by remote access, whichever We feel is most appropriate for the work that needs to be executed.
4.5 You are responsible for the replacement of all Consumable Parts. However replacements that You use must meet or exceed the specifications set by the equipment’s original manufacturer or this may invalidate the provision of the Repair Service by Us to You.
Customer Premises Equipment. Customer may purchase a DSL modem from Star Telephone Membership Corporation. In some locations, customers may have the option of purchasing a DSL modem either from Star Telephone Membership Corporation or from a third party provider. Star Telephone Membership Corporation reserves the right to provide service only to users who have Star Telephone approved DSL modems. Subscribers are strongly urged to check with Star Telephone Membership Corporation Customer Support at 0-000-000-0000 before purchasing a DSL modem.
Customer Premises Equipment. 20.1 Customer Premises Equipment remains Our property (or the property of a party with whom We have a contract) although it is provided to You on Your premises in accordance with the Agreement for the sole purpose of receiving the service. As You are not renting, hiring, leasing, or otherwise paying for the use or eventual ownership of the Customer Premises Equipment, all right, title and interest in any Customer Premises Equipment provided or operated by Us will remain exclusively with Us (or the party with whom We have a contract) and You will not obtain any right, title or security interest (including any lien) in or over Customer Premises Equipment.
20.2 You are responsible for any Customer Premises Equipment from the time when You receive it until it is returned to a location nominated by Us, including the provision of clean power (eg have a UPS, etc).

20.4 Unless You and We agree otherwise, You must exclusively allow our personnel to service, modify, repair or replace any Customer Premises Equipment.
20.5 We may reasonably charge You for any lost, stolen or damaged Customer Premises Equipment that is beyond fair wear and tear and that is not caused by Us or our personnel.
20.6 In order to protect our Customer Premises Equipment, if We consider a security interest may arise, We may register our ownership interest (or the party with whom we have a contract may register their ownership interest and for the purposes of this clause 20, a reference to We or Us refers to both Us and the party with whom we have a contract) in the Customer Premises Equipment with the Personal Property Securities Register. We may require information from You in order to perfect the registration. If We register our interest in the Personal Property Securities Register We will not pass any charges and fees associated with the registration on to You.
20.7 Both You and We agree that neither party nor any receiver is obliged to give any notice under the PPSA (including notice of a verification statement) unless the notice is required by the PPSA and cannot be excluded.
20.8 Both You and Us consent to the waiver of the requirement for notices and waive any rights to give and receive a notice under sections 95, 118, 121(4), 130, 135 and 157 of the PPSA.
20.9 To the extent that Chapter 4 of the PPSA would otherwise apply to enforcement by the secured party of any security interest in the Customer Premises Equipment, the parties agree that the following provisions of...
Customer Premises Equipment. Host may choose to offer, for sale or lease, customer premises equipment (CPE) and services, such as customer premises wiring and customer premises equipment which lie outside the scope of this Agreement.
Customer Premises Equipment. EarthLink reserves the right to deliver the Services using such delivery technology and/or facilities as it chooses and Customer acknowledges that the delivery of the Services over certain technologies may require the installation of specific equipment at Customer premises, including all EarthLink provided hardware which may include, without limitation, phones, switches, modems, routers and originally-supplied router parts and materials, provided and owned by EarthLink (“CPE”). Customer shall not make any physical modification, or permit third party access to, the EarthLink CPE without prior written consent of EarthLink. In the event that the CPE is accessed by entities other than EarthLink or their agents due to the actions of the Customer, the Customer shall reimburse EarthLink for any costs incurred to repair and return the CPE to its original condition. Additionally should these actions cause loss, damages or liabilities to EarthLink, Customer will be solely responsible to compensate EarthLink for the loss, damage or liability. Upon termination of any Service or the AFS, Customer’s right to use the CPE will immediately end and Customer shall return the CPE to EarthLink within thirty (30) days of such termination. In the event that Customer fails to return such CPE to EarthLink (or, at EarthLink’s option, to permit recovery of CPE by EarthLink) in good working order, reasonable wear and tear excepted, Customer shall be responsible for the full replacement cost of the CPE and shall pay EarthLink all charges associated with the recovery of that equipment. For avoidance of doubt, the foregoing CPE conditions do not apply with respect to routers or IP PBX systems purchased by Customer from EarthLink. All CPE provided and owned by EarthLink will, at all times, remain the property of EarthLink. Customer shall not (a) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to recreate the CPE configurations, or modify, translate, adapt, alter or create derivative works therefrom, (b) reproduce, publish, display, distribute, disclose, or otherwise make available the CPE configurations, or any part thereof; (c) use the CPE for any purposes other than those explicitly stated herein. Customer is at all times responsible for properly maintaining the safety and security of the CPE installed at the customer premises. 1. install at your, your Customers' or their End Users' sites (unless we specify otherwise), the Customer Premises Equipment we provide;
2. maintain the Customer Premises Equipment; and
3. be responsible for all dismantling, return, removal, and shipping charges for the Customer Premises Equipment.
