The 'Access to College Facilities' clause defines the terms under which individuals or groups may enter and use the physical spaces and resources of a college. Typically, this clause outlines who is permitted access—such as students, faculty, staff, or authorized visitors—and may specify hours of operation, security protocols, or restrictions on certain areas like laboratories or administrative offices. Access to College Facilities. The Employer agrees to make available to unit members access to their work areas and offices on the same basis and to the same extent as such facilities are made available to other College employees, subject, however, to applicable Board of Higher Education policy, rules and regulations governing access to College facilities.
Access to College Facilities. Consultant will be given limited access to the College’s facilities only to the extent required to render the Services. Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold College harmless for any claims for personal injury to Consultant or its employees or representatives or for loss or damage to any personal property in the custody or possession of Consultant or its employees or representatives while on or using College facilities.
