Access to New Employees. ‌ Within ninety (90) days of a new employee’s start date, the Agency will provide the Association access to the employee’s regular worksite for no less than thirtythirty (30) minutes during the employee’s regular work hours to present information about the Association and the collective bargaining agreement. This presentation may occur during a new employee orientation provided by the Agency or at another time and location mutually agreed to by the Agency and Association. No employee will be required to attend the meetings or presentations given by the Association.
