Access to the TEHTRIS XDR Platform. Provisions applicable to Description Dedicated XDR For the Agreement’s duration, the User benefits from the TEHTRIS XDR Platform, secured by design and located in the TEHTRIS datacenter. It is made remotely accessible through the network in SaaS mode. TEHTRIS provides User with access to the TEHTRIS XDR Platform for a limited number of accesses. The User will be able to log in 365/7/24, including Sundays and holidays, except during maintenance periods.

Access to the TEHTRIS XDR Platform. Provisions applicable to Description Dedicated XDR All TEHTRIS Solutions will be viewable from the TEHTRIS XDR Platform. This interface will be visible only from the User's IP addresses, with password and web certificate. For this purpose, the User will provide: - A SITE_NAME that TEHTRIS must place in the URL for accessing the service xxxx://XXX_XX_XXXX.xxxxxxx.xxx/ o The User's company name or trigram shall be entered by TEHTRIS, which shall notify the User of any change in the name if necessary. - A list of all fixed IPv4 addresses that the User will use when accessing the TEHTRIS XDR Platform. The User shall be able to prove that these addresses belong to the User. If necessary, TEHTRIS will validate the IPv4 addresses allowed or not in the User's proposals to leave TCP/HTTPS web streams on port 443. a. TEHTRIS XDR Platform User Roles and Rights For each User to be activated, it will be necessary to specify: − Her/his organization or entity, − Her/his role in the organization (for future contacts), − Her/his standard location (if applicable), − The list of TEHTRIS Appliances visible to this User, the others will not appear in his interface, − The list of authorized roles, i.e. the list of modules that the user will be allowed to manipulate. By default, no rights or roles are enabled for a new User. b. Information to be prepared for Users Users who will be logged into the TEHTRIS XDR Platform shall prepare the following information for the creation of their TEHTRIS- provided Credentials and account activation: - First and last name, - Professional email address, which will be used for exchanges within the framework of TEHTRIS Solutions, - A cell phone number. The identification of the User when accessing TEHTRIS XDR Platform is done by means of: - A unique User ID assigned to each User, - A password established at the creation of each User, - A digital certificate provided by TEHTRIS required to be recognized, - A valid Internet address (IPv4), i.e., one that is part of the list of Internet addresses belonging to the User that have been validated by TEHTRIS as being acceptable for connection to the Solutions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise by TEHTRIS, the supported web client will be Mozilla Firefox, up to date and without any module (plugins...) or intermediate components (proxy...) compromising nominal operation.   • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Access to NID 2.7.3.1 NewPhone may access the customer’s premises wiring by any of the following means and NewPhone shall not disturb the existing form of electrical protection and shall maintain the physical integrity of the NID: 2.7.3.1.1 BellSouth shall allow NewPhone to connect its Loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premises; 2.7.3.1.2 Where an adequate length of the customer’s premises wiring is present and environmental conditions permit, either Party may remove the customer premises wiring from the other Party’s NID and connect such wiring to that Party’s own NID; 2.7.3.1.3 Either Party may enter the subscriber access chamber or dual chamber NID enclosures for the purpose of extending a cross-connect or spliced jumper wire from the customer premises wiring through a suitable “punch-out” hole of such NID enclosures; or 2.7.3.1.4 NewPhone may request BellSouth to make other rearrangements to the customer premises wiring terminations or terminal enclosure on a time and materials cost basis. 2.7.3.2 In no case shall either Party remove or disconnect the other Party’s loop facilities from either Party’s NIDs, enclosures, or protectors unless the applicable Commission has expressly permitted the same and the disconnecting Party provides prior notice to the other Party. In such cases, it shall be the responsibility of the Party disconnecting loop facilities to leave undisturbed the existing form of electrical protection and to maintain the physical integrity of the NID. It will be NewPhone’s responsibility to ensure there is no safety hazard, and NewPhone will hold BellSouth harmless for any liability associated with the removal of the BellSouth Loop from the BellSouth NID. Furthermore, it shall be the responsibility of the disconnecting Party, once the other Party’s loop has been disconnected from the NID, to reconnect the disconnected loop to a nationally recognized testing laboratory listed station protector, which has been grounded as per Article 800 of the National Electrical Code. If no spare station protector exists in the NID, the disconnected loop must be appropriately cleared, capped and stored. 2.7.3.3 NewPhone shall not remove or disconnect ground wires from BellSouth’s NIDs, enclosures, or protectors. 2.7.3.4 NewPhone shall not remove or disconnect NID modules, protectors, or terminals from BellSouth’s NID enclosures. 2.7.3.5 Due to the wide variety of NID enclosures and outside plant environments, BellSouth will work with NewPhone to develop specific procedures to establish the most effective means of implementing this section if the procedures set forth herein do not apply to the NID in question.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.
