ACCIDENT MAKE-UP PAY. 20.1. Where an absence from duty results from an injury or illness the subject of a claim for compensation under the Accident Compensation Act 1985 (Vic) or any successor thereto, the Employee is entitled to sick leave on full pay equivalent to any sick leave credits accrued.
