Accident of Employees. 1. When an accidental injury occurs, such accidental injury shall be immediately referred to a certified medical doctor. 2. Employees may select a physician of their own choosing. 3. Worker’s Compensation, as required by law, is provided all employees. It provides first aid, medical and surgical services, and compensation for periods of disablement, in case of the on-the-job accidental injury while an employee is engaged in official district business. Worker’s Compensation shall be administered by a provider under contract with the Board.
