Account Creation and Access. When IBM SaaS Users register for an account (“Account”), IBM may provide the IBM SaaS User with an Account identification and password. Customer is responsible for ensuring that each IBM SaaS User manages and keeps their Account information current. At any time Customer may request that any Personal Data provided as part of registering for an Account or use of the IBM SaaS be corrected or removed from Account information and this information will be corrected or removed, but removal may prevent access to the IBM SaaS. Customer is responsible for ensuring that each IBM SaaS User protects their Account identification and password and controls who may access an IBM SaaS User Account or use any IBM SaaS on Customer’s behalf.

Account Creation and Access a. By entering into this Agreement, You acknowledge and agree that Your user ID and password ("Participant Account") is for Your exclusive use only. A Participant Account will be needed for activities on our website, including purchasing and accessing content. Use or sharing of Your Participant Account with another user is not permitted and is cause for immediate blocking of Your access to the Website, the Services and the Content, the Courseware, and termination of this Agreement.
b. You agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Participant Account and for all activities that occur under it or if you become aware of or have reason to believe that there is any unauthorized use of Your Participant Account, you agree to immediately notify us by writing to us at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.. You also agree to take all reasonable steps to stop such unauthorized use and to cooperate with us in any investigation of such unauthorized usage. In the event of any causality, mishappening or untoward incident or death of the holder of the Participant Account, the account shall cease to operate and further become non-functional and in such given circumstances, we shall not be held responsible and liable for any claims related to the use or misuse of Your Participant Account due to the activities of any third party outside of our control or due to Your failure to maintain the confidentiality and security of Your Participant Account. It is understood that Participant Account holder is not a minor and in the event, it is found that the Participant Account Holder is a minor, the present agreement shall render invalid and consequently, non-est. In other words, the Participant Account holder must be of 18 years age or above for availing, holding and maintaining the said Account.

Your Simular Account. To access certain features of Simular Browser, you may be required to sign in through your Google Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete Evaluation and Additional Services. We may offer limited-time or feature-limited access to this Browser for evaluation purposes. Any use of this Browser for evaluation is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may need to accept additional terms to use certain Services. These additional terms will supplement our Terms for those Services and may change your rights or obligations for those Services.

You should only access your Account from a secure, non-public computer, tablet, or other device, and not from any non-secure access point including, without limitation, public internet kiosks, or in any unprotected environments, such as airports and public libraries. You agree that you are using and will continue to use appropriate safeguards such as personal firewalls, Adware/Spyware protection, and up-to-date virus protection and access control (consisting of at least a user ID and password) designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Content and Results accessible through your Account. You are responsible for installing and maintaining all equipment and systems necessary to access your Account and for paying all charges related thereto. Additional terms applicable to users of the Testing Portal are included below in “Additional Terms Applicable Only to Users of the Testing Portal”.

At any time, the Customer may request that any Personal Data provided as part of registering for an Account or use of the HCL Unica Deliver be corrected or removed from Account information and this information will be corrected or removed, but removal may prevent access to the HCL Unica Deliver. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that each HCL Unica Deliver user protects their Account identification and password and controls who may access a HCL Unica Deliver user Account or use any HCL Unica Deliver on Customer's behalf.
