Accountability Standards. Dallas ISD may terminate this Agreement if the Provider does not comply with the program requirements of Texas Education Code §§ 29.1532, 29.154, and 29.171 et seq. and if it determines that the student outcome goals are not met.
Accountability Standards. Renewal of this Contract is conditioned upon satisfactory student performance under the accountability standards used to assess performance of ISD Pre-Kindergarten programs, which shall include, but may not be limited to, assessment results from any assessment instrument required under Paragraph 9.02.
Accountability Standards. The School’s academic(s) and non-academic goals shall be reflected in the School’s School Improvement Plan approved by the School Governing Authority. During the first year a School enters into sponsorship with St. Xxxxxxxx, the School shall establish two academic and one non-academic goal that are intended to impact grade card performance and align to grade card components by October 15th. The School and School Governing Authority are subject to interventions as detailed in the accountability Attachment 6.4. The School Governing Authority and Sponsor acknowledge that some performance measures may not be available for a given school, a particular contract year, or instances when state testing or report cards are not available. In the absence of data from state testing or report cards, the School will be evaluated, to the extent possible, on available indicators from the performance framework, and the Sponsor may consider qualitative data from other methods of data collection.
