Accruals During Leave Without Pay. A permanent full time employee who is granted a leave without pay, who is absent without leave, or who is suspended without pay more than sixteen (16) hours in a pay period shall accrue paid vacation, sick leave, service credits, and other benefits during any pay period of such leave, absence, or suspension only for those hours in pay status. This provision shall be applied pro rata for permanent part time employees.
