Common use of Accumulated entitlements Clause in Contracts

Accumulated entitlements. for existing employees at the commencement of this Agreement (a) Base Personal Leave entitlements shall accumulate indefinitely as untaken Base Personal Leave. (b) Additional Personal Leave entitlements, shall be available as untaken Additional Personal Leave entitlements, provided that such leave shall be included in the calculation of the maximum accumulation of twenty-five (25) days pursuant to sub- clause 33.2 (c) (irrespective of the year in which it accrued). For the avoidance of doubt, no personal leave or sick leave, however named, accumulated prior to the commencement of this Agreement will accumulate or carry forward except as provided for in this sub-clause 33.3.
