XXXXXXX, a Deputy Real Estate Commissioner of 16 the State of California, for cause of Accusation against XXXX XXXX, also known as "Xxxxxxxx 17 Xxxxxx" and XXXX XXXXX XXX, (hereinafter "Respondents"), is informed and alleges as. 18 follows: PRELIMINARY ALLEGATIONS 21 The Complainant, XXXX X. XXXXXXX, a Deputy Real Estate Commissioner of 22 the State of California, makes this Accusation in his official capacity.

In the interest of expedience and economy Respondent chooses not to contest these 11 allegations but to remain silent and understand that, as a result thereof, these factual allegations, 12 without being admitted or denied, will serve as a prima facie basis for the disciplinary action 13 stipulated to herein.
