ACTION BY EMPLOYEE. In the event the employee is non-renewed as per RCW 28A.405.210 and a hearing is requested then either the employee, the Association or the District may elect to submit the issue to Step IV of the grievance procedure (Binding Arbitration) as opposed to the hearing process in RCW 28A.405.310.
