Activation Key. The “Activation Key” means the security solution used to activate the Software via a hardware key or electronic code delivered for temporary activation or perpetual use.

Activation Key. StataCorp shall issue to Customer a License and Activation Key for each copy of the Licensed Software. Customer is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under Customer's account and all charges incurred from use of the copy of the Licensed Software assigned by Serial Number to Customer (e.g., maintenance, support, or license or subscription fee charges). The Licensed Software shall be deemed accepted upon the delivery of the Activation Key to Customer by StataCorp or an Authorized Reseller.

Activation Key. This Agreement provides for a limited, time based use license which may be obtained by payment of Licensor's then applicable license fee including all applicable taxes and duties ("License Fee") for the associated subscription period (“Term”). Prior to using the Software, Subscriber must complete a registration form provided by Licensor, and apply for an activation key ("Activation Key"). The registration form will specify the Term for that Activation Key. An Activation Key shall be required for each Term for which a License Fee is paid. Subscriber may apply for an unlimited number of Activation Keys and Terms, subject to the payment of the applicable License Fees. The Software may be deactivated automatically upon expiration of the Term, and the Software may cease to function in some or all respects and Subscriber may lose access to data made with or stored using the Software. Subscriber acknowledges that deactivating the Software is a key feature of the license rights and responsibilities conveyed under this Agreement.

  • Activation We will notify the Xxxxxx of your request to receive electronic billing information. The presentment of your first electronic bill may vary from Xxxxxx to Xxxxxx and may take up to sixty (60) days, depending on the billing cycle of each Xxxxxx. While your electronic bill feature is being activated it is your responsibility to keep your accounts current. Each electronic Xxxxxx reserves the right to accept or deny your request to receive electronic bills.

  • Deactivation Computershare applications shall automatically deactivate a User ID after a specified number of unsuccessful log-in attempts.   • Service Activation For new customers - the services are activated immediately after successful processing of payment and our fraud detection software approves the order. The payment verification procedure is obligatory and if we fail to approve a transaction within 48 hours of the payment submission, the funds will be credited back to the payer and the order will be cancelled. Free Trials - All free trial orders are manually processed. If we deem your order to be suspicious or high risk, we will notify you and request additional information before process the order. Failure to comply with our request for more information will result in cancellation of the order. For existing customers - the services for existing customers, including upgrade services and renewals, are activated immediately after our Sales Department receives the according service payment.

  • Local Health Integration Networks and Restructuring In the event of a health service integration with another service provider the Employer and the Union agree to meet. (a) The Employer shall notify affected employees and the Union as soon as a formal decision to integrate is taken. (b) The Employer and the Union shall begin discussions concerning the specifics of the integration forthwith after a decision to integrate is taken.   • No-­‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement.
