Activity Permission. Participant understands and agrees that, in addition to traditional camping activities, Sky Ranch's activities include, but not limited to sports, crafts, inflatables, indoor/outdoor games and activities and traveling to the locations of various activities. Participant understands that by participating in these activities, Participant may be exposed to the elements of nature, including temperature extremes, inclement weather, insects, plants, animals and accidents or illness in a location without onsite medical facilities. Participant understands that Participant may be participating in strenuous activities that will have inherent and other risks or dangers associated with them. Participant understands that Participant may ask any questions of Sky Ranch staff to receive a full and complete understanding of any such risk or danger associated with any activity. Participant may decline to participate in any activity. Participant grants permission to participate in and be transported to all Sky Ranch activities unless specified in a written note to Sky Ranch. Participant agrees to follow all rules, guidelines, and equipment requirements for all activities as specified by Sky Ranch staff.

Activity Permission. The Camp War Eagle experience has been described in its brochure, DVD, website, and other materials, which I (parent and/or legal guardian) have reviewed and discussed with my Camper. I understand that in addition to traditional camping activities, including, but not limited to, sports, horseback trail riding, horsemanship, riflery, archery, crafts, boating and waterfront activities, Camp War Eagle offers its campers a challenge course (a series of cables and structures of varying heights, some up to 60 feet, on and through which the camper will walk, swing and otherwise travel, relying on staff for support), water slides and other waterfront devices, rappelling, bouldering, and hunter safety. Camp activities are listed on the Activity Descriptions sheet, which has been reviewed by me and my Camper. Most campers preference their morning activities either online or using the form provided. I understand that the failure to complete the activity form will result in camp activities being assigned to my camper, regardless of preference. I understand that my Camper may participate in activities located off Camp War Eagle property. I understand that my Camper will be participating in strenuous activities that will have inherent and other risks or dangers associated with them. I understand that I may ask any questions of the Camp War Eagle Staff to get a full and complete understanding of any such risk or danger associated with any camp activity. I hereby give my Camper permission to participate in all Camp War Eagle activities, unless specified in written notice to Camp War Eagle by me. I also herby give my Camper permission to be transported to and from all activities by Camp van, bus and/or boat or by vehicles contracted by Camp War Eagle to transport my Camper.

  • Governmental Approval Any Governmental Approval shall have been revoked, rescinded, suspended, modified in an adverse manner or not renewed for a full term, and such revocation, rescission, suspension, modification or non-renewal has, or could reasonably be expected to have, a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Written Permission Any employee desiring leave of absence must obtain permission in writing from the Company for such leave, except in cases of illness or injury covered by Section 1 above.

  • Minimum Vendor License Requirements Vendor shall maintain, in current status, all federal, state, and local licenses, bonds and permits required for the operation of the business conducted by Vendor. Vendor shall remain fully informed of and in compliance with all ordinances and regulations pertaining to the lawful provision of goods or services under the TIPS Agreement. TIPS and TIPS Members reserve the right to stop work and/or cancel a TIPS Sale or terminate this or any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement involving Vendor if Vendor’s license(s) required to perform under this Agreement or under the specific TIPS Sale have expired, lapsed, are suspended or terminated subject to a 30‐day cure period unless prohibited by applicable statue or regulation.

  • Prior Written Permission and Tripartite Agreement In respect of any nomination, the Allottee shall obtain prior permission of the Promoter and the Allottee and the nominee shall be bound to enter into a tripartite agreement with the Promoter and the Allottee.

  • Required Permits Unless otherwise stated in the RFP documents, all local, State or Federal permits which may be required to provide the services ensuing from award of this RFP, whether or not they are known to either CMHA or the proposers at the time of the proposal submittal deadline or the award, shall be the sole responsibility of the successful proposer and any costs submitted by the proposer shall reflect all costs required by the successful proposer to procure and provide such necessary permits.

  • Project Approvals Borrower will obtain in the ordinary course of business all Project Approvals not heretofore obtained by Borrower (being those listed and described on Part XII of the Project Schedules attached hereto as Exhibit A and any other Project Approvals which may hereafter become required or necessary) and will furnish Agent with evidence that Borrower has obtained such Project Approvals promptly upon its request. Borrower will give all such notices to, and take all such other actions with respect to, such Governmental Authority as may be required under applicable Requirements to construct the Improvements and to use, occupy, operate, and sell Units following the completion of the construction of the Improvements. Borrower will also obtain in the ordinary course of business all utility installations and connections required for the operation and servicing of the Projects for its intended purposes, and will furnish Agent with evidence thereof. Borrower will duly perform and comply with all of the terms and conditions of all Project Approvals obtained at any time, including all Project Approvals listed and described in Parts XII and XIII of the Project Schedules attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Applicable Laws and Applicable Permits The Concessionaire shall provide 2 (two) copies of its Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement and Profit and Loss Account, along with a report thereon by its Statutory Auditors, within 90 (ninety) days of the close of the Accounting Year to which they pertain and such audited accounts, save and except where expressly provided to the contrary, shall form the basis of payments by either Party under this Agreement. The Authority shall have the right to inspect the records of the Concessionaire during office hours and require copies of relevant extracts of books of accounts, duly certified by the Statutory Auditors, to be provided to the Authority for verification of basis of payments, and in the event of any discrepancy or error being found, the same shall be rectified and such rectified account shall form the basis of payments by either Party under this Agreement.
