Acute or Expedited PathwayOn occasion, the non-acute pathway will prove too cumbersome and slow-moving to address a more acute clinical problem. The typical situation where this pathway is likely to be most useful is when: • a consumer presents a more acute or potential danger to him or herself or others • the stability of their mental status is at significant risk, but not imminently so. • the consumer poses an immediate significant physical threat to the staff member The steps in this acute or “expedited” pathway process include: 1. Identification and definition of the problem. 2. Preliminary discussion involving at least the primary clinicians and the team coordinator. 3. A determination (agreement of the primary clinicians and the coordinator cannot be reached), is made that the problem cannot be adequately managed through the usual, non-acute pathway. 4. If no adequate resolution is reached at this level, the Program Director, appropriate Supervisor and Chief Psychiatrist will be consulted. 5. If no adequate resolution is reached at this level, the Medical Director will be consulted and will make the final decision. The are no clear time lines for determining the resolution of an acute problem, but it is possible that this pathway could be activated and brought to a conclusion quickly, in as little as one day, depending on the acuity of the problem.

  • CUTTING AND PATCHING OF WORK 4.14.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for all cutting, fitting or patching that may be required to complete the Work or to make its several parts fit together properly. 4.14.2 The Contractor shall not damage or endanger any portion of the Work or the work of the State or any separate contractors by cutting, patching or otherwise altering any work, or by excavation. The Contractor shall not cut or otherwise alter the work of the State or any separate contractor except with the written consent of the State and of such separate contractor. The Contractor shall not unreasonably withhold from the State or any separate contractor his consent to cutting or otherwise altering the Work.

  • CUTTING AND PATCHING The Contractor shall be responsible for cutting, fitting or patching required to complete the Work or to make its parts fit together properly.

  • Responsibility for Equipment City shall not be responsible for any damage to persons or property as a result of the use, misuse or failure of any equipment used by Contractor, or by any of its employees, even though such equipment be furnished, rented or loaned to Contractor by City.

  • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Lightyear to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Lightyear’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below. 2.1.9.2 “Order Coordination – Time Specific” (OC-TS) allows Lightyear to order a specific time for OC to take place. BellSouth will make every effort to accommodate Lightyear’s specific conversion time request. However, BellSouth reserves the right to negotiate with Lightyear a conversion time based on load and appointment control when necessary. This OC-TS is a chargeable option for all Loops except Unbundled Copper Loops (UCL) and Universal Digital Channel (UDC), and is billed in addition to the OC charge. Lightyear may specify a time between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (location time) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If Lightyear specifies a time outside this window, or selects a time or quantity of Loops that requires BellSouth technicians to work outside normal work hours, overtime charges will apply in addition to the OC and OC-TS charges. Overtime charges will be applied based on the amount of overtime worked and in accordance with the rates established in the Access Services Tariff, Section E13.2, for each state. The OC-TS charges for an order due on the same day at the same location will be applied on a per Local Service Request (LSR) basis.

  • Responsibility for Environmental Contamination 5.20.1 Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any costs whatsoever resulting from the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard that either Party did not introduce to the affected Work Location. Both Parties shall defend and hold harmless the other, its officers, directors and employees from and against any losses, damages, claims, demands, suits, liabilities, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or result from (i) any Environmental Hazard that the Indemnifying Party, its contractors or agents introduce to the Work Locations or (ii) the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard for which the Indemnifying Party is responsible under Applicable Law. 5.20.2 In the event any suspect materials within Qwest-owned, operated or leased facilities are identified to be asbestos containing, CLEC will ensure that to the extent any activities which it undertakes in the facility disturb such suspect materials, such CLEC activities will be in accordance with applicable local, state and federal environmental and health and safety statutes and regulations. Except for abatement activities undertaken by CLEC or equipment placement activities that result in the generation of asbestos-containing material, CLEC does not have any responsibility for managing, nor is it the owner of, nor does it have any liability for, or in connection with, any asbestos-containing material. Qwest agrees to immediately notify CLEC if Qwest undertakes any asbestos control or asbestos abatement activities that potentially could affect CLEC personnel, equipment or operations, including, but not limited to, contamination of equipment.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK

  • Preconstruction Services During the Design & Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall provide such design and preconstruction services as are necessary to properly advance the Project. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, during the Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall: (i) work with its Architect and any design consultants to advance the design for the Project in consultation with Client Agency, the Department and its Program Manager; (ii) obtain bids from trade subcontractors to perform the work described in the Design Development Documents and provide bid tabulations to the Department; (iii) engage in any value engineering and scoping exercises necessary to return the cost of the work to the Project Budget; (iv) engage in preconstruction activities, including identifying any long-lead items; (v) develop a GMP proposal for the Project; and (vi) enter into a GMP for the Project.
