ADDITIONAL AND EXTRACURRICULAR COMPENSATION. Teacher compensation for extracurricular activities covered by this Agreement is set forth in Schedule B, which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement, and shall remain in effect for the term of this contract. It is recognized that great value to the school system comes when teachers interact with students as extracurricular leaders; and leaders of high quality are essential for quality extracurricular programs. Appointments to Schedule B positions are non-tenured, yearly positions based on administrative recommendation. In situations of candidates with equal qualifications, association members will be selected over non-members.
