ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE INCENTIVE. A. In recognition of sick leave accumulated under Section 4.4 (Personal Illness and Disability Pay) of this contract, each teacher shall receive an additional percentage of yearly salary based upon the number of sick leave days accumulated as of the beginning of each school year prior to that year's allowance being added. Each accumulated day shall increase a teacher's salary by 1/100th of a percent (.0001).

ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE INCENTIVE. In recognition of sick leave accumulated under Article X (Paid Leaves) of this contract each employee shall receive an additional percentage of hourly salary based upon the number of sick leave days accumulated as of the beginning of each school year prior to that year's allowance being added. Each accumulated day shall increase an employee's salary by 1/1000th of a percent (.0001).
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE INCENTIVE. Permanent, full-time Employees of the Village who have accumulated a sick leave balance of 720 hours shall be compensated annually for 33.3% of the number of hours in excess of 720 hours, not to exceed 120 hours each year. This compensation will be at the hourly rate of base pay in effect at the time of payment. The actual payment to the Employee in any one year shall not exceed 40 hours of pay. The remaining unused sick leave, not to exceed 80 hours per year shall be accumulated with the original 720 hour balance to a maximum allowable sick leave balance of 960 hours. The number of benefit hours shall be based upon a 12-month reporting period of December 1 through November 30.

  • Accumulated Sick Leave ‌ The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.

  • Sick Leave Incentive Effective September 1, 1986, employees covered by this Agreement, hired on or after October 1, 1977, who are not entitled to disability leave under State Statute R.C.W. 41.26, shall be eligible for the following sick leave incentive program:

  • Sick Leave Incentive Program MSUAASF and Minnesota State may develop a sick leave incentive program through the establishment of a joint committee.

  • Sick Leave Payout No cash payment for unused sick leave will be paid to any employee leaving the service of the Employer.

  • Sick Leave Benefit There are two types of sick leave benefits. Annual sick leave is the sick leave days credited each year to each employee in accordance with the provisions of the local collective bargaining agreements. Banked sick leave is previously accumulated unused sick leave to which unused annual sick leave may be added at the end of each anniversary year.

  • Sick Leave Payment Any employee, at his/her option may choose to receive payment for sick leave earned during the year which is unused at the end of the year. Any such payment must be for the total number of unused sick leave hours earned during the year, must be based on the hourly rate of pay of the employee multiplied by 50 percent, and all hours for which payment is received must be deducted from the employee’s accumulated leave balance. Sick leave used during a current year will be charged against the most recently earned sick leave. Hourly rate of pay is the hourly rate at the end of the contract year.

  • Sick Leave Pay A Nurse granted sick leave shall be paid for the period of such leave at her or his regular hourly rate of pay and the number of hours thus paid shall be deducted from the accumulated sick leave credits of the Nurse.

  • Sick Leave Bonus For every six (6) months of perfect sick leave attendance after July 1, 1987, the employee will receive eight (8) hours of bonus time. This bonus time will be prorated for part-time employees. Such bonus time can be used for any leave purpose covered by this Agreement. Such bonus time shall be counted as vacation leave credits for purposes of determining eligibility for carry- over and cash payments.

  • Sick Leave Entitlement A full-time employee shall earn sick leave credits at the rate of one and one-quarter (1¼) days for each month of service in which pay was received for at least ten (10) days. Sick leave shall accumulate to a maximum of two hundred and fifty (250) days. A part-time employee shall be entitled to sick leave credits on a pro rata basis. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or injury the employee shall be entitled to claim sick leave at her regular rate of pay for a maximum period equivalent to her accumulated sick leave credit.

  • Accrued Sick Leave The Board shall provide all employees with a cumulative record 23 of accrued sick leave hours on each pay statement.
