Additional Card Members. At your request, we may issue an Additional Card on your Account to another person. We may limit the number of Additional Cards issued on your Account. We generally do not provide copies of agreements, Statements, notices and other communications to an Additional Card Member. You acknowledge that we may provide information to an Additional Card Member about their use of the Account (for example their Charges). Please see the ‘Liability’ section of this Agreement regarding the liability of an Additional Card Member for Charges made by that Additional Card Member. You agree and are responsible to ensure that each Additional Card Member reads, understands and complies with this Agreement including the Financial Table and any notices and other communications that we may send to you. To cancel an Additional Card, please see the ‘Default/ Closing Your Account’ section of this Agreement.

Additional Card Members. We may issue Additional Cards on your Account at your request. Additional Card Members can use your Account subject to the terms of this Agreement and we may report their use of your Account to credit reporting agencies. If an Annual Fee applies to Additional Cards on your Account, it is shown on page 2 of Part 1 of this Agreement. You are responsible for all use of your Account by Additional Card Members and anyone they allow to use your Account and you must pay for all charges made. You also authorize us to give Additional Card Members information about your Account and to discuss it with them. Contact us if you want to cancel an Additional Card Member's ability to use your Account. If an Annual Fee applies for an Additional Card, please refer to the refund policy disclosed in the Closing or suspending your Account sub-section of Part 3 of this Agreement. If a single Annual Fee applies for a group of Additional Cards on your Account, this policy will apply when you cancel the Additional Card on which the fee was assessed. We consider a notice sent as soon as we mail it or deliver it electronically. Servicing and Collections: If we need to contact you to service your account or to collect amounts you owe, you authorize us (and our affiliates, agents and contractors, such as debt collection agencies and service providers) to contact you at any phone number or email address you provide, from which you contact us, or at which we believe we can reach you. We may contact you in any way, such as calling, texting, emailing, sending mobile application push notifications or using any other method of communication permitted by law. We may contact you using an automated dialer or prerecorded messages. We may contact you on a mobile, wireless or similar device, even if you are charged for it. Call monitoring: We may monitor and record any calls between you and us. Changing your contact information: You must notify us immediately if you change your mailing address, email address, or telephone number. If you have more than one Account, you need to notify us separately for each Account. We may update your billing address if we receive information that it has changed or is incorrect.

Related to Additional Card Members

  • Additional Cards You may request additional Cards and permit Authorized Users to have access to your Card or Account. You will be liable for all Account transactions made and all fees incurred by those Authorized Users (including without limitation interest charges). We may limit the total number of Cards and other Access Devices issued.

  • Additional Benefits/Card Enhancements The Credit Union may from time to time offer additional services to your account, such as travel accident insurance, at no additional cost to you. You understand that the Credit Union is not obligated to offer such services and may withdraw or change them at any time.

  • Additional Service 4.1 You shall be responsible to pay the Representative for the provision of a Service.

  • Approved Services; Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Board Member Training Within 90 days after the Effective Date, each member of the Board of Directors shall receive at least two hours of training. This training shall address the corporate governance responsibilities of board members, and the responsibilities of board members with respect to review and oversight of the Compliance Program. Specifically, the training shall address the unique responsibilities of health care Board members, including the risks, oversight areas, and strategic approaches to conducting oversight of a health care entity. This training may be conducted by an outside compliance expert hired by the Board and should include a discussion of the OIG’s guidance on Board member responsibilities.‌ New members of the Board of Directors shall receive the Board Member Training described above within 30 days after becoming a member or within 90 days after the Effective Date, whichever is later.

  • Additional Service Characteristics 3.12 The technical specification of the Bitstream 2a Service is set out in Appendix B.

  • Additional Services Fees Payments to the Design Professional on account of Additional Services shall be made as follows:

  • Innovative Unit Scheduling Schedules other than those included in Articles 13.01 and 13.02 may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of patient care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency. The parties agree that such innovative schedules may be determined locally by the Hospital and the Union subject to the following principles:

  • Support Staff The College shall designate a clerical person on each campus whose primary responsibility will be to perform clerical duties related to workload assignments for Employees. Faculty assignments to the clerical person shall be given priority over non- faculty assignments. Any conflicts shall be reported to the Chief Academic Officer or to an academic officer of the College who holds the rank of Campus Director or higher. Employees will be notified of the identity of this person and the clerical person will be notified.
