Additional Documents for Submission. (SAMHSA Website) You will find additional materials you will need to complete your application on the SAMHSA website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/grants/applying/forms-resources. For a full list of required application components, refer to Section II-3.1, Required Application Components. WRITE AND COMPLETE APPLICATION After downloading and retrieving the required application components and completing the registration processes, it is time to write and complete your application. With XXXXXX’s transition to NIH’s eRA grants system, there are new application formatting requirements and validations. All files uploaded with the Xxxxxx.xxx application MUST be in Adobe PDF file format. Directions for creating PDF files can be found on the Xxxxxx.xxx website. Please see Appendix B for all application formatting and validation requirements. Applications that do not comply with these requirements will be screened out and will not be reviewed. XXXXXX strongly encourages you to sign up for Xxxxxx.xxx email notifications regarding this FOA.   • Additional Documentation Execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, any and all other agreements, instruments or documents which Lender may reasonably request in order to give effect to the transactions contemplated under this Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

  • Additional Documents On or prior to the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives such further certificates and documents as the Representatives may reasonably request. All opinions, letters, certificates and evidence mentioned above or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be deemed to be in compliance with the provisions hereof only if they are in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters.

  • Time for Submission Except as specified below, any claim by Contractor for a change in the Contract Time or the Material Completion and Occupancy Date shall be made within fourteen days of the day on which the Contractor becomes aware of the event on which the claim is based or, if the Contract Documents specify a shorter or longer period with respect to such event, within the period specified by the Contract Documents.
