Additional Documents for Submission. (SAMHSA Website) You will find additional materials you will need to complete your application on the SAMHSA website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/grants/applying/forms-resources. For a full list of required application components, refer to Section II-3.1, Required Application Components. WRITE AND COMPLETE APPLICATION After downloading and retrieving the required application components and completing the registration processes, it is time to write and complete your application. With XXXXXX’s transition to NIH’s eRA grants system, there are new application formatting requirements and validations. All files uploaded with the Xxxxxx.xxx application MUST be in Adobe PDF file format. Directions for creating PDF files can be found on the Xxxxxx.xxx website. Please see Appendix B for all application formatting and validation requirements. Applications that do not comply with these requirements will be screened out and will not be reviewed.   • SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS 3.0 There shall be two part bidding system for this tender The parties should submit their tenders in two separate sealed envelopes marked I and II. These envelopes are to be put up in an outer main envelope. Envelops I and II should contain the following;-

  • Supplementary Agreements II.13.1 Any amendment to the grant conditions must be the subject of a written supplementary agreement. No oral agreement may bind the parties to this effect.
