System or Technical Issues. If you encounter a system error that prevents you from completing the application submission process on time, the BO from your organization will receive an email notification from eRA Commons. SAMHSA highly recommends contacting the eRA Service Desk and submitting a web ticket to document your good faith attempt to submit your application and determining next steps. See Section 3.4 for more information on contacting the eRA Service Desk.

  • Technical Issues 1.1 The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and/or maintaining compatible equipment necessary to access and use the Trading Platform, which includes at least a personal computer, internet access and telephone and/or other access line. Access to the internet is an essential feature and the Client shall be solely responsible for any fees necessary, in order to ensure his connectivity to the internet.

  • Technical Interfaces 3.2.6.1 The Interconnection facilities provided by each Party shall be formatted using either Alternate Xxxx Inversion (AMI) line code with Superframe format framing or Bipolar 8-Zero Substitution with Extended Superframe (B8ZS ESF) format framing or any mutually agreeable line coding and framing.

  • Product Technical Support & Maintenance Licensee shall have the option of electing the Product technical support and maintenance (“maintenance”) set forth in the Contract by giving written notice to Contractor any time during the Centralized Contract term. Maintenance term(s) and any renewal(s) thereof are independent of the expiration of the Centralized Contract term and will not automatically renew. Maintenance shall include, at a minimum, (i) the provision of error corrections, updates, revisions, fixes, upgrade and new releases to Licensee, and (ii) Help Desk assistance with locally accessible “800” or toll free, local telephone service, or alternatively on-line Help Desk accessibility. Contractor shall maintain the Products so as to provide Licensee with the ability to utilize the Products in accordance with the Product documentation without significant functional downtime to its ongoing business operations during the maintenance term. Authorized User shall not be required to purchase maintenance for use of Product, and may discontinue maintenance at the end of any current maintenance term upon notice to Contractor. In the event that Authorized User does not initially acquire or discontinues maintenance of licensed Product, it may, at any time thereafter, reinstate maintenance for Product without any additional penalties or other charges, by paying Contractor the amount which would have been due under the Contract for the period of time that such maintenance had lapsed, at then current NYS net maintenance rates.

  • Ethical Issues The Operator agrees to comply with all Applicable Laws and all ethical requirements imposed on it or Physicians involved in the Services and to report to AHS and all interested Professional Governing Bodies any circumstances of which it becomes aware which could involve a breach of ethical requirements by it or any such Physician.

  • New Technology When new or updated technology is introduced into a workplace, it will be the responsibility of the employer to provide appropriate and, if necessary, ongoing training to the employees directly affected. Such training will include any health and safety implications or information that will enable employees to operate the equipment without discomfort and will help maintain their general well-being.

  • Technical Information The Employer agrees to provide to the Union such information that is available relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes.

  • Patent Rights The State and the U. S. Department of Transportation shall have the royalty free, nonexclusive and irrevocable right to use and to authorize others to use any patents developed by the Engineer under this contract.

  • COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS Dental Group hereby grants Manager the right to --------------------- use any and all copyrighted materials authored or owned by Dental Group including, specifically, the Dental Group dental management system software programs (the "Programs"). This license includes the right to sublicense the Programs and the right to prepare and own derivative works based on the Programs, all without a duty of accounting to Dental Group.   • Third Party Technology The Company makes use of third party technology to collect information required for traffic measurement, research, and analytics. Use of third party technology entails data collection. We therefore would like to inform clients the Company enables third parties to place or read cookies located on the browsers of users entering the Company’s domain. Said third parties may also use web beacons to collect information through advertising located on the Company’s web site.
