Additional Programme Requirements. A Level III programme is to be submitted with the Tender documentation, including Milestone dates. The Contractor uses the Critical Path Method (CPM) technique for programming and planning. The preparation of the programme contains a programme basis document. This basis document describes the programme and planning methodology, format, project execution philosophy, resource assumptions, qualifications and any other items that may have a substantive impact on the schedule. The programme is to be free of obvious errors related to sequence or timings of the works. The execution philosophy, programme and planning methodology, are to be described in the programme / schedule basis document for submission together with the tender documentation. The programme layout takes into account the functional group breakdown (WBS) reflecting the manner in which the works are to be performed and how control data are summarised, reported and monitored. The Project Calendar for installation/Execution will be discussed and the calendar must be clearly defined and accepted by the Project Manager in the Contract Document. Activity ID Numbers must clearly define the level of the WBS and take into account the functional group. The Level III Schedule will be composed of respective detailed Activities tied together logically. The detailed activity shall comprise of the following:  Sufficient information such as activity duration and description so as to be able to measure accurate progress within the required update period.  A clearly defined starting point.  A clearly defined completion point.  A clear description of the activity to be performed.  A single source of responsibility or ownership.

The programme submitted at tender must be resource loaded. e. A programme is required in order to complete this project in 10 calendar days for installation.

Practitioner shall require all Covered Persons to disclose immediately if they become an Ineligible Person.‌ Practitioner shall maintain documentation in order to demonstrate that Practitioner: (1) has checked the Exclusion List (i.e., a print screen of the search results) and determined that its Covered Persons are not Ineligible Persons; and (2) has required its Covered Persons to disclose if they are an Ineligible Person. Nothing in this Section III.D affects Practitioner’s responsibility to refrain from (and liability for) billing Federal health care programs for items or services furnished, ordered, or prescribed by an excluded person. Practitioner understands that items or services furnished by excluded persons are not payable by Federal health care programs and that Practitioner may be liable for overpayments and/or criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions for employing or contracting with an excluded person regardless of whether Practitioner meets the requirements of Section III.D.
