Additional Superannuation Election. Teachers with Five or More Years of Service A Teacher with five or more years of service with their current employer may elect to receive additional superannuation contributions under clause 12.4 instead of receiving benefits provided under clause 17.8 – Leave Loading and Long Service Leave in excess of the legislation as provided under clause 20. The School shall advise the Teacher of the existence of this option on engagement.
