Common use of Additional Vacation Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Additional Vacation Entitlement. Regular employees who are temporarily assigned to a position whereby they work a greater number of regularly scheduled hours than their normal shift will be entitled to additional vacation based upon the extra hours worked in a one-half (1/2) day or more vacation entitlement has been earned during the calendar year.
