Additional Vacation Leave in Lieu of Sick Leave. At the end of the last complete pay period of each calendar year, one-half of any of that calendar year’s accrued but unused sick leave in excess of the six hundred (600) hour authorized maximum sick leave accumulation may be converted by the employee in accordance with Article 23, Section 3, to vacation leave, effective the first pay period of the next calendar year.

  • ANNUAL LEAVE (VACATION) A.   • Annual Vacation Leave 30.01 An Employee shall not take vacation leave without prior authorization from the Employer.
