Additions and Amendments. Any additions and amendments may be made to this Agreement by mutual consent of the Contracting Parties. Such additions and amendments shall be made in a form of separate protocols being an integral part of this Agreement and shall enter into force in accordance with the provision of Article 17 of this Agreement.

c. If we attend site and the site is not ready for delivery of cleaning services we will advise the client in writing. At our discretion these delays could result in additional variations/cancellation/re- attendance fees being charged.
