Address Ownership. 6.1. ND(J)L shall maintain and control ownership of all IP numbers and addresses that may be assigned to Customer by ND(J)L and ND(J)L reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to change or remove any and all such IP numbers and addresses.

If CeraNet assigns Client an Internet Protocol address for Client’s use, the right to use that Internet Protocol address shall belong only to CeraNet, and Client shall have no right to use that Internet Protocol address except as permitted by CeraNet in its sole discretion in connection with the Services, during the term of this Agreement. CeraNet shall maintain and control ownership of all Internet Protocol numbers and addresses that may be assigned to Client by CeraNet, and CeraNet reserves the right to change or remove any and all such Internet Protocol numbers and addresses, in its sole and absolute discretion. Our allocation of IP addresses is limited by XXXX's policies. These policies state that use of IP addresses for IP based virtual hosts will not be accepted as justification for new IP addresses. What this means to you is that you MUST use name-based hosting where possible. We may periodically review IP address usage, and if we find that clients are using IP addresses where name-based hosting could be used, we will revoke authorization to use those IP addresses that could be used with name-based hosting.
Address Ownership. PDNC shall maintain and control ownership of all IP numbers and addresses that may be assigned to YOU by PDNC. PDNC reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to change or remove any and all such IP numbers and addresses.
Address Ownership. IEVOLVE shall maintain and control ownership of all IP numbers and addresses that may be assigned to Customer by IEVOLVE and IEVOLVE reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to chance or remove any and all such IP numbers and addresses.
Address Ownership. ML Cloud shall maintain and control ownership of all IP numbers and addresses that may be assigned to you by ML Cloud, and ML Cloud reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to change or remove any and all such IP numbers and addresses.
Address Ownership. All IP addresses provided to the Customer remain the property of Provider and Provider retains the right, if necessary, to alter or altogether change IP addresses already assigned to any of Customers services. Customers shall be notified of any such change with a 24 hours notice by email or other means for the purpose of network management.
Address Ownership. Customer will not acquire any proprietary rights in any IP address or IP address blocks assigned by Infradapt. Infradapt reserves the right to change or remove any and all such IP addresses or IP address blocks. Infradapt will notify Customer 30 days in advance of any such changes. Upon expiration, cancellation or termination of the Agreement, Customer shall relinquish all IP addresses or IP address blocks assigned by Infradapt.

If DMXHOSTING assigns Customer an Internet Protocol ("IP") address for Customer's use, the right to use that IP address shall belong only to DMXHOSTING, and Customer shall have no right to use that IP address except as permitted by DMXHOSTING in its sole and absolute discretion in connection with the Services, during the term of this Agreement. DMXHOSTING shall maintain and control ownership of all Internet Protocol numbers and addresses that may be assigned to Customer by DMXHOSTING, and DMXHOSTING reserves the right to change or remove any and all such Internet Protocol numbers and addresses, in its sole and absolute discretion.
