Administration of Payroll Deductions. The aggregate deductions of all employees and a list of their names, addresses and unique employer identification numbers shall be remitted monthly to the Union, in Excel format, to the email address or addresses provided to the Employer by the Union. The Union shall advise the Employer of any increase in dues or other approved deductions in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to its effective date.
