Eligibility for Fringe Benefits. Full time plant employees regularly scheduled to work eight (8) hours per day are eligible for fringe benefits, unless limited by other paragraphs of this Agreement, provided they meet the conditions and requirements for such benefits. The benefits provided are long service increments (Paragraph 10.5), leave of absence (7.41 – 7.109), paid holidays (11.18 – 11.24), vacations (11.8 – 11.17), and insurance benefits as described in (Paragraph C.1-C.29).
Eligibility for Fringe Benefits. (a) The eligibility of a Regular Full-Time Employee or Temporary Full-Time Employee for fringe benefits under this Collective Agreement shall be in accor- dance with the following: Benefit Eligibility Date Public Holidays - immediate Jury Duty - immediate Extended Health Benefits Plan - first of the month following three (3) months of employment Benefit Eligibility Date Vacation Leave - at the completion of one (1) month of employment MSP (Medical Services Plan) - first of the month following two (2) months of employment Group Life Insurance - at the completion of three (3) months' employment Sick Leave - at the completion of three (3) months' employment Dental Plan - first of the month following six (6) months of employment for Regular Full-Time Employees and first of the month following twelve (12) months of continuous employment for Temporary Full-Time Employees Compassionate Leave - at the completion of six (6) months' employment Municipal Superannuation - upon completion of the six (6) month probationary period
Eligibility for Fringe Benefits. 1. Unit members working less than twenty (20) hours per week are not eligible for benefits. 2. Unit members working part-time at least twenty (20) but less than thirty (30) hours per week shall be eligible for benefits for the employee only. 3. Unit members working thirty (30) hours or more per week shall be eligible for benefits for the employee and their eligible dependents. 4. As specified in Education Code Section 88036, a classified employee who works a minimum of 30 minutes per day in excess of his or her part-time assignment for a period of 20 consecutive working days or more shall have his or her basic assignment changed to reflect the longer hours in order to acquire fringe benefits on a properly prorated basis as specified in Section 88035.
Eligibility for Fringe Benefits. (a) The eligibility of a Regular Full‐Time Employee or Temporary Full‐Time Employee for fringe benefits under this Collective Agreement shall be in accordance with the following: Benefit Eligibility Date Public Holidays ‐ immediate Jury Duty ‐ immediate Extended Health Benefits Plan ‐ first day of the month following commence‐ ment of employment for Regular Full‐Time Employees and first day of the month following three (3) months of employment for Temporary Full‐Time Employees provided the employees are qualified under the rules of the Plan Vacation Leave (Article 6.2) ‐ effective 2014 February 22, at the completion of one (1) month of employment in the first part calendar year of service, vacation on the basis of one‐twelfth (1/12) of fifteen (15) working days for each month or portion of a month greater than one‐half (½) the number of days worked in the month, by the year end (December 31st) MSP (Medical Services Plan) ‐ the first day of the month following commencement of employment for Regular Full‐Time Employees and first day of the month following two (2) months of employment for Temporary Full‐Time Employees provided the employees are qualified under the rules of the Plan Group Life Insurance ‐ first day of the month following commence‐ ment of employment for Regular Full‐Time Employees and at the completion of three (3) months' employment for Temporary Full‐Time Employees provided the employees are qualified under the rules of the Plan Sick Leave (Article 6.4(a)) ‐ at the completion of three (3) months' employment Dental Plan ‐ first day of the month following commence‐ ment of employment for Regular Full‐Time Employees and first day of the month following six (6) months of continuous employment for Temporary Full‐Time Employees provided the employees are qualified under the rules of the Plan Bereavement Leave ‐ at the completion of six (6) months' employment Municipal Pension Plan ‐ effective 2014 February 22, upon the completion of the six (6) month probationary period, or immediately upon commencement of employment where immediate enrollment is required under the Rules of the Municipal Pension Plan
Eligibility for Fringe Benefits. Employees hired to regular budgeted positions shall be eligible for fringe benefits, including eligibility for uniforms and participation in the Employer’s health insurance and retirement programs, immediately upon employment. Vacation and sick leave will start accumulating with the date of hire.

Eligibility for Fringe Benefits. Full time salaried employees (those employees who work full time for nine or more months per year) are eligible for all of the fringe benefits provided by the Board, provided the employee meets the conditions set forth in Paragraphs 10.17-10.22 (long service increments), 7.21-7.24 (sick leave), 10.38-10.44 (paid holidays), 10.22-10.37 (vacations) and Appendix B (insurance benefits).
