Administrative Notification. The Union shall be notified in writing of any Municipal directive, memorandum, rule or regulation which cover or affect areas covered by this Agreement or which affect any group of employees working under this Agreement. The Union business representative shall be given adequate notice by the MOA prior to the time that any committee defined by this Agreement is convened.

The requested authority shall, at the request of the requesting authority and in accordance with the rules governing the notification of similar instruments in the state of the requested authority, notify the addressee of all instruments and decisions which emanate from the requesting authorities and concern the application of VAT legislation in the state of the requesting authority. 2. Requests for notification, mentioning the subject of the instrument or decision to be notified, shall indicate the name, address and any other relevant information for identifying the addressee. 3. The requested authority shall inform the requesting authority immediately of its response to the request for notification and notify it, in particular, of the date of notification of the decision or instrument to the addressee.

The date of receipt of such notices shall be the controlling date for the purposes hereunder. Each party shall promptly inform the other of any change in the addresses set forth in this Section.
