Administrative Review Procedure. The written request must be submitted to the Police Chief’s office within fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of notice by the employee of the disciplinary action. The Chief of Police shall conduct an administrative review within fourteen (14) calendar days of submission of the written request. The Chief of Police shall review the disciplinary action and may affirm, reverse, or modify as deemed appropriate the disciplinary action. The Chief’s determination shall be delivered in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days after the administrative review. The Chief’s determination shall be final and binding.
