Adopters. As required by the 2016 Regulations, agencies should refer all adopters who have been approved by the Agency Decision Maker within 3 months of the decision to approve, unless a match has already been agreed or written consent has not been obtained from the adopter. The information required is specified in Schedule 2 of the 2016 regulations (see Annex C).

Adopters. For the purpose of sharing information on prospective adopters, adoption agencies will secure consent for the information to be referred to the Register. The following conditions from the Data Protection Act (1998) must be met: (1) The processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or by the third party or parties to whom the data are disclosed, except where the processing is unwarranted in any particular case by reason of prejudice to the rights and freedoms or legitimate interests of the data subject.
Adopters. 5.1 When do you become an Adopter? 5.1.1 You become an Adopter in relation to a Pet which you have expressed interest in adopting from the moment you receive an Adoption Notice in relation to that Pet until Completion in relation to that Pet or, if earlier, where your dealings with the Re-xxxxx are terminated. 5.1.2 You are not obliged to adopt any Pet, may deal with more than one Re-xxxxx at a time, and may terminate your dealings with a Re-xxxxx at any time by notifying us and the Re-xxxxx via the Platform. 5.1.3 It is the responsibility of the Adopter to collect the Pet in accordance with arrangements agreed with the Re-xxxxx. 5.2 What are the obligations of an Adopter?‌ The following provisions of this clause set out your obligations under the Agreement as an Adopter. 5.2.1 You must pay the Adoption Fee in accordance with clause 7 (Adoption Fee). 5.2.2 You must be honest with the Re-xxxxx and us and must comply at all times with our Acceptable Use Policy (as applicable) and the information you provide must be at the time and maintained accurate, complete, and not misleading to a reasonable person. 5.2.3 You must comply with the arrangements in relation to Completion in accordance with clause 6 (Completion). 5.2.4 You must notify us via the Platform in accordance with the Guide that the adoption of the Pet has been completed (Completion Notice). 5.2.5 You guarantee that, on Completion, you are entitled to own and shall keep the Pet for your personal use and enjoyment and not for the purposes of bloodsports, including dog fighting, badger baiting, hare coursing, or for racing, hunting other animals, being used as a guard dog, or for resale or otherwise in connection with a business.
Adopters. The Consortium is open to any company that wants to become an Adopter. Adopters may include any individual or entity requiring access to the MHL Specification and desiring to design, manufacture, market or sell products incorporating MHL technology and use the MHL trademark. All Adopters must sign the Adopter Agreement. An Adopter Agreement is with respect to and remains in full force and effect for, and its term extends for the duration of, the major version of the MHL Specification in effect at the time of the entering into of the given Adopter Agreement. Access to any subsequent major version of the MHL Specification requires the entering into of a new or amended Adopter Agreement, as determined by the Promoters. An Adopter Agreement may be terminated by the Agent under certain circumstances, and an Adopter may terminate its status as an Adopter by withdrawing in writing to the Agent at any time for any reason.

  • SALARY SACRIFICE ARRANGEMENTS 34.1 Employees covered by this Agreement will have access to salary sacrifice arrangements in addition to the compulsory arrangement detailed above. The requirements of any such arrangements shall ensure that: (a) Accessing a salary sacrifice arrangement is a voluntary decision to be made by the individual Employee. (b) An Employee wishing to enter into a salary sacrifice arrangement will be required to notify their Employer in writing of the intention to do so and have sought expert advice in relation to entering into such an arrangement. (c) The Employer shall meet the cost of implementing the administrative and payroll arrangements necessary for the introduction of salary sacrifice to the Employees under the Agreement. (d) The co-contribution of superannuation payments referred to herein shall be made by way of salary sacrifice arrangements.

  • Implementation Legislation The Contracting Parties shall enact any legislation necessary to comply with, and give effect to, the terms of the Agreement.

  • Sunshine Ordinance Contractor acknowledges that this Agreement and all records related to its formation, Contractor’s performance of Services, and City’s payment are subject to the California Public Records Act, (California Government Code §6250 et. seq.), and the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance, (San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 67). Such records are subject to public inspection and copying unless exempt from disclosure under federal, state or local law.

  • Voltage Regulators Whenever the Large Generating Facility is operated in parallel with the New York State Transmission System, the automatic voltage regulators shall be in automatic operation at all times. If the Large Generating Facility’s automatic voltage regulators are not capable of such automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify NYISO, or its designated representative, and ensure that such Large Generating Facility’s real and reactive power are within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility’s generating unit(s) and steady state stability limits and NYISO system operating (thermal, voltage and transient stability) limits. Developer shall not cause its Large Generating Facility to disconnect automatically or instantaneously from the New York State Transmission System or trip any generating unit comprising the Large Generating Facility for an under or over frequency condition unless the abnormal frequency condition persists for a time period beyond the limits set forth in ANSI/IEEE Standard C37.106, or such other standard as applied to other generators in the New York Control Area on a comparable basis.

  • Hot Weather Guidelines For the purposes of site based discussions regarding the need to plan and perform work during expected periods of hot weather, the following issues shall be considered in conjunction with proper consideration of Occupational Health and Safety issues.

  • Residence Community Living Standards The Residence Community Living Standards (“RCLS”) forms a part of this Agreement. It details the rights, responsibilities, and privileges of Residents as well as the residence conduct process. Each Resident is responsible for reading, understanding, and adhering to the terms outlined within the RCLS. The Manager and the Institution may amend the terms of the RCLS from time to time and may post the amendments in the Residence. Failure to abide by the RCLS may result in eviction from Residence and termination of this Agreement as per the violations and sanctions outlined in the RCLS, and as stated in section 8.01(d).   • Grievance Commissioner System This is to confirm the discussion of the parties during collective bargaining that they are committed to encouraging early discussion and resolution of labour relations issues at the local level and seek to resolve grievances in a timely and cost efficient manner. To that end, this is to confirm that pursuant to Article 8, the parties agree that the Employer and Union at individual nursing homes may agree to utilize the following process in order to resolve a particular grievance through the utilization of a joint mediation-arbitration procedure:

  • Operating Rules 6.1 Merchant must comply with the Operating Rules, as the same may be amended from time to time. The Operating Rules may change with little or no advance notice to Merchant and Merchant will be bound by all such changes. If Merchant objects to any change in the Operating Rules, it must immediately stop accepting new Transactions for Cards governed by the change. The Operating Rules will govern in the event that there is any inconsistency between the Merchant Agreement and the Operating Rules. However, nothing in the Merchant Agreement shall be construed to impose on Merchant a requirement (including a requirement under the Operating Rules) which is prohibited by mandatory provisions of applicable law (i.e., where the applicability of such provisions of law to the Merchant Agreement, and of the law’s prohibition to the particular requirement which otherwise would be imposed on Merchant hereunder, cannot lawfully be waived by agreement), but the requirement hereunder shall be construed to continue in effect and to be imposed on Merchant in all respects and at all times to the fullest extent possible without violating the law’s prohibition, with only those particular applications of the requirement which would violate the law’s prohibition deemed severed from the provisions hereof. 6.2 Operating Rules of the Debit Networks may differ among them with respect to the Transactions they allow. Bank, at its discretion, may require that the most restrictive requirements of one Debit Network apply to all of Merchant’s On-line Debit Card Transactions, regardless of Card type.

  • Business Arrangements Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has granted rights to develop, manufacture, produce, assemble, distribute, license, market or sell its products to any other person and is not bound by any agreement that affects the exclusive right of the Company or such subsidiary to develop, manufacture, produce, assemble, distribute, license, market or sell its products.
