Common use of Adoption Leave Allowance Clause in Contracts

Adoption Leave Allowance. (a) After completion of six (6) months’ continuous employment, an employee who is on Adoption Leave Without Pay in accordance with Clause 24.08, and who provides the Corporation with proof that he/she has applied for and is in receipt of employment insurance benefits pursuant to section 23(1), Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid an adoption leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan.

Adoption Leave Allowance. (a) After completion of six (6) months’ continuous employment, an employee who is on Adoption Leave Without Pay in accordance with Clause 24.08, and who provides the Corporation with proof that he/she has applied for and is in receipt of employment insurance benefits pursuant to section 23(1), Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid an adoption leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan.

(a) After completion of six (6) months’ continuous employment, an employee who is on Adoption Leave Without Pay in accordance with Clause 24.0824.06, and who provides the Corporation with proof that he/she has applied for and is in receipt of employment insurance benefits pursuant to section 23(1)20, Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid an adoption leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan.

Adoption Leave Allowance. (a1) After completion of six (6) months’ months continuous employment, an employee who is on Adoption Leave Without Pay in accordance with Clause 24.08, and who provides the Corporation Employer with proof that he/she has applied for and is in receipt of employment eligible to receive unemployment insurance benefits pursuant to section 23(1), Section Employment Insurance Act, shall be paid an adoption leave allowance in accordance with the Supplementary Unemployment Benefit Plan.
