Advance in Wage Upon Promotion. II.C.4.a. When an employee is advanced from one rank to another, the employee is to be advanced to the next higher wage and the seniority held in the rank and step from which advanced is to be carried forward to the new rank. The step seniority carried forward is not to exceed twelve (12) months. When an employee has been at top step for one year or longer and is advanced to another title, the employee is to be advanced to the next higher wage plus two steps. C.4.b. An employee assigned supervisory responsibility shall be compensated at a step, which is at least five percent (5%), above the wage step of the highest said employee supervised. Special assignment or incentive pays shall not be considered in setting supervisory pay.

In addition, in the event that (i) the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount shall be insufficient to pay all interest due and payable on the related Lower Tier Regular Classes on such Distribution Date or (ii) such Distribution Date is a Final Distribution Date for any Class and the distribution on such Distribution Date of the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount will not be sufficient to reduce the Class Balance of such Class to zero on such Final Distribution Date, then Xxxxxx Xxx shall (a) withdraw from the Certificate Account, such amount as shall be necessary to remedy such insufficiency and (b) to the extent that funds in the Certificate Account shall be insufficient therefor, apply its own funds towards remedying the same.

  • Bona Fide Request/New Business Request Process for Further Unbundling 6.1 BellSouth shall, upon request of <<customer_name>>, provide to <<customer_name>> access to its network elements at any technically feasible point for the provision of <<customer_name>>'s telecommunications service where such access is necessary and failure to provide access would impair the ability of <<customer_name>> to provide services that it seeks to offer. Any request by <<customer_name>> for access to a network element, interconnection option, or for the provisioning of any service or product that is not already available shall be treated as a Bona Fide Request/New Business Request (BFR/NBR), and shall be submitted to BellSouth pursuant to the BFR/NBR process. 6.2 <<customer_name>> shall submit any BFR/NBR in writing to <<customer_name>>’s Account Manager. The BFR/NBR shall specifically identify the requested service date, technical requirements, space requirements and/or such specifications that clearly define the request such that BellSouth has sufficient information to analyze and prepare a response. The BFR/NBR also shall include <<customer_name>>’s designation of the request as being (i) pursuant to the Telecommunications Act of 1996 or (ii) pursuant to the needs of the business.

  • Application of Net Liquidation Proceeds For all purposes under this agreement, Net Liquidation Proceeds received from a Servicer shall be allocated first to accrued and unpaid interest on the related Mortgage Loan and then to the unpaid principal balance thereof.
