Advising Candidates and University Supervisors of Rights and Responsibilities. The University will be responsible for advising candidates and university supervisors of their own responsibilities under this Agreement. Candidates and supervisors shall be advised of their obligations to abide by the policies and procedures of the School District, and should any candidates or supervisors fail to abide by any policy and/or procedure, they may be removed from the field experience/practicum/internship or student teaching placement. Candidates and supervisors must have, and will provide to the school district, all current state-mandated clearances, proof of completed Act 126 training, and a copy of tuberculin skin test results.

  • Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties 3.1. The Bank is liable to:

Teachers shall have freedom in the implementation of the adopted curriculum, including the right to select materials and engage in classroom discussions as they relate to the subject matter being taught and the level of the student. The University will retain ultimate responsibility for the education of its students.
