Agency Affordable Housing Plan. Subject to the Redevelopment Requirements, from time to time the Agency may modify the forms of the documents used to implement this Affordable Housing Plan (i.e., the form of the Declaration of Restrictions for For-Rent Affordable Residential Units and the Declaration of Restrictions for For-Sale Affordable Residential Units and Option to Purchase Agreement) to reflect changes in Agency policy or applicable law, but these changes will not affect the obligations of Vertical Developer as set forth in this Affordable Housing Plan (except as agreed to by Vertical Developer or as permitted under the terms of the Agreement).
