Agency Authorization. The execution of this Agreement acts as a delegation to the Agency by each signatory of all the California Health and Safety code, Division 2.5 functions, and the Agency shall act as the Local EMS Agency as to each function.
Agency Authorization. This Agreement and any WVF Service Order (Service Order) authorizes WVF to act as agent for Customer as necessary, to provide the services described in the Service Order (Service), including but not limited to, ordering high speed internet, digital television, telecommunications and other services or facilities and increasing, adding to, terminating, decreasing, removing or rearranging such Service or facility on Customer’s behalf.

After the occurrence and during the continuance of any Event of Default (including the commencement and continuation of any proceeding under any Bankruptcy Law relating to any other Note Party), the Required Holders are authorized and empowered (but without any obligation to so do), in their discretion, to appoint an agent (the “Note Agent”) (i) in the name of each Guarantor, to collect and enforce, and to submit claims in respect of, Subordinated Obligations and to apply any amounts received thereon to the Guaranteed Obligations (including any and all Post Petition Interest), and (ii) to require each Guarantor (A) to collect and enforce, and to submit claims in respect of, Subordinated Obligations and (B) to pay any amounts received on such obligations to the Note Agent for application to the Guaranteed Obligations (including any and all Post Petition Interest).
Agency Authorization. OWNER hereby constitutes and appoints REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS and its Agents full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and things necessary for the specific purpose of eviction and/or collection of unpaid rents in regard to the subject property as fully as OWNER might or could do if personally represented with full power of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said substitute (REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS) shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof. OWNER hereby grants MANAGER, REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS the right to enter the property at any time MANAGER deems necessary.
Agency Authorization. The purpose of this Agency Authorization (this “Authorization”) is to set forth the authorization and agreement between U.S. Energy Services, Inc. (“U.S. Energy”) and Illini Bio-Energy, LLC (“Client”) related to the provision of energy supply management services. Client and U.S. Energy agree on the following terms and conditions:

Agency Authorization. This VAR Agreement allows VAR to act as Autodesk’s non-exclusive agent to assist with sales activities to Direct Customers at Autodesk’s sole discretion. Unless otherwise directed by Autodesk in writing, VAR may only engage in sales activities for Authorized Products to such Direct Customers as Autodesk’s agent and may not sell Authorized Products from its commercial inventory to Direct Customers. Failure to comply with the foregoing shall subject VAR to termination. In the event Autodesk allows any Direct Customer to make periodic payments on any sale for which VAR is eligible to receive an agency commission, any such agency commission so paid shall be made ratably on a periodic schedule commensurate with the customer pay schedule and only if (i) Autodesk actually collects from the customer on the amount(s) due in each instance and (ii) if VAR remains an authorized reseller of Autodesk products at such time.
Agency Authorization. Tills Agreement allows Reseller to act as Discreet’s non-exclusive agent to assist with sales activities to Discreet Direct Customers at Discreet’s sole discretion. Unless otherwise directed by Discreet in writing, Reseller may only engage in sales related activities for Authorized Products to such Discreet Direct Customers as Discreet’s agent and may not sell Authorized Products from its commercial inventory to Discreet Direct Customers. In the event Discreet allows any Discreet Direct Customer to make periodic payments on any sale for which Reseller is eligible to receive an agency commission, any such agency commission so paid shall be made on a periodic schedule consistent with the customer’s pay schedule and only if (i) Discreet actually collects from the customer on the amount(s) due in each instance and (ii) if Reseller remains authorized at such time.
Agency Authorization. Each of the persons signing below on behalf of the Parties represents and warrants that he or she is authorized to sign this MOU on their respective behalf.
