Agency Collaboration Sample Clauses
Agency Collaboration. In order to support continued collaboration, the Parties' representatives agree to meet, at a minimum, on a quarterly basis in order to:
a) review each agency's rules, regulations, policies and practices as they impact the education, special education and related services, job training and employment of children known to the department;
b) make recommendations to the Superintendent of Schools, the Community Development Administrator of DCF, the CEO of ChildNet, Inc., the President/CEO of CSBD, the CEO of BBHC, the Area Administrator of APD and the Chief Probation Officer for DJJ, Circuit 17 regarding procedures, processes, guidelines and policies as they impact children known to the department; and
c) define and establish communication protocols, identify responsible staff, and facilitate prompt and substantive information sharing and communication between the Parties.
d) provide minutes from the quarterly meetings to the DCF State Level Liaison.
Agency Collaboration. In order to support continued collaboration, the agency designees agree to define and establish communication protocols, identify responsible staff, and facilitate prompt and substantive information sharing and communication among the Parties.
Agency Collaboration. In order to support continued collaboration, CBKN and SBCC representatives agree to meet, at a minimum, on a semi-annual basis to:
a) review each agency=s rules, regulations, policies and practices as they impact the education of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care students;
b) make recommendations to the Superintendent of Schools and CEO, CBKN, regarding procedures, processes, guidelines and policies as they impact ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care students; and to
c) provide a communication loop between the agencies.
Agency Collaboration. Contractor will work collaboratively with the Human Services Agency to ensure maximum interagency communication, transparency, and cooperation in developing program policy alignment, customer services, fraud prevention, and smooth transfer/referral operations during the life of this contract.

b) make recommendations to the Superintendent of Schools, the DCF District 13 Administrator, the Sheriff of Citrus County, the CEO of Kids Central, Inc., and the President/CEO of Workforce Connection regarding procedures, processes, guidelines and policies as they impact children known to the department ; and
c) define and establish communication protocols, identify responsible staff, and facilitate prompt and substantive information sharing and communication between the Parties.
Agency Collaboration. In order to support collaboration with the Gadsden/▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ , each Party listed above agrees to appoint a designee to this system of care Community Partnership, and may be a member of the Gadsden/▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Coordinating Council, as a representative for leadership of the Party in the daily planning for and implementation of a early childhood system of care in Gadsden and ▇▇▇▇ Counties of Florida.

a) review each agency’s rules, regulations, policies and practices as they impact the education of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care students;
b) make recommendations to the Superintendent of Schools and District Administrator, DCF, District 10, regarding procedures, processes, guidelines and policies as they impact ▇▇▇▇▇▇ care students; and to
c) provide a communication loop between the agencies.

a) review each agency's rules, regulations, policies and practices as they impact the education of children known to the department; and
b) make recommendations to the Superintendent of Schools, the Circuit Administrator of DCF, the CEO of PSF, and the Executive Director of NFWDB regarding procedures, processes, guidelines and policies as they impact the education of children known to the department; and
c) define and establish communication protocols, identify responsible staff, and facilitate prompt and substantive information sharing and communication between the Parties to facilitate the education of children known to the department.
Agency Collaboration. In order to support continued collaboration, the agency designees agree to meet, at a minimum, on an annual basis in order to:
a) Review each agency’s rules, regulations, policies and practices as they impact the education, special education and related services, job training and employment of children known to the department;
b) Make recommendations to the Commissioner of Education, the Secretary of DCF, and the Director of AWI regarding procedures, processes, guidelines and policies as they impact children known to the department;
c) Define and establish communication protocols, identify responsible staff, and facilitate prompt and substantive information sharing and communication among the Parties;
d) Provide technical assistance as requested in the development of local interagency agreements between DCF districts and school boards as required by section 39.0016 (4), Florida Statutes;
e) Promote the joint updating of adopted policies that affect the three agencies in regard to children known to the department and incorporate these policies into staff training;
f) Review and report to the responsible agency any state statutes, administrative codes, or state plans that need to be amended in order to fully implement this Agreement and its intended purposes; and
g) Determine whether the 2004 Reauthorization of IDEA contains provisions that may need to be addressed in a revision of this Agreement.
Agency Collaboration. In order to support continued collaboration, the local interagency team agree to meet as the Local Interagency Collaboration Team, at a minimum, on a quarterly basis in order to:
a) review each agency’s rules, regulations, policies and practices that impact the education, special education and related services, job training and employment of children known to the department;
b) make recommendations to the Regional Operations Manager of APD, the Regional Managing Director of DCF, the South Regional Director of DJJ, the Executive Director of ChildNet, the Superintendent of Schools, the President/CEO of Workforce Alliance, the Executive Director of ELC, and the state interagency team, regarding procedures, processes, guidelines and policies as they impact children known to the department; and
c) define and establish communication protocols, identify responsible staff, and facilitate prompt and substantive information sharing and communication between the Parties.
