Aggregated Data Use. Notwithstanding Sections 3.3.1 or 3.3.3, You agree that LINQ may process the Data and Usage Data to create and compile anonymized, aggregated datasets and/or statistics about the LINQ products or services in order to: (a) maintain and improve the performance and integrity of LINQ products or services, (b) understand which LINQ products or services are most commonly deployed and preferred by customers and how customers interact with LINQ products or services, (c) identify the types of LINQ products and services that may require additional maintenance or support, and (d) comply with all regulatory, legislative and/or contractual requirements, provided in each case that such aggregated datasets and statistics will not enable You or any living individual to be identified.

Aggregated Data Use. Licensor shall own all rights in the de-identified aggregated and statistical data derived from the operation of the Services, including, without limitation, the number of records, the number and types of transactions, configurations, and reports processed using the Services and the performance results of the Services (the “Aggregated Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Licensor from collecting, utilizing, transferring or sharing the Aggregated Data for purposes of Licensor’s businesses, provided that such use of Aggregated Data will not reveal the identity, or contents, whether directly or indirectly, of any Customer Data of Licensee. In no event will the Aggregated Data include any personally identifiable information.

  • Aggregated Data Anonymous, aggregate information, comprising financial account balances, other financial account data, or other available data that is collected through your use of the Services, may be used by us and our service providers to conduct certain analytical research, performance tracking and benchmarking. Our service providers may publish summary or aggregate results relating to metrics comprised of research data, from time to time, and distribute or license such anonymous, aggregated research data for any purpose, including but not limited to, helping to improve products and services and assisting in troubleshooting and technical support. Your personally identifiable information will not be shared with or sold to third parties.

  • Aggregated Statistics Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Provider may monitor Client’s use of the Services and collect and compile Aggregated Statistics. As between Provider and Client, all right, title, and interest in Aggregated Statistics, and all intellectual property rights therein, belong to and are retained solely by Provider. Client acknowledges that Provider may compile Aggregated Statistics based on Client Data input into the Services. The Parties agree that all call types must be routed between the networks, accounted for, and settled among the Parties. Certain calls will be handled via the Parties' respective operator service platforms. The Parties agree to utilize, where possible and appropriate, existing accounting and settlement systems to xxxx, exchange records and settle revenue.
