Common use of Aggressive Residents Clause in Contracts

Aggressive Residents. The parties agree that if incidents involving aggressive client action occur, such action will be reported to the supervisor, who will take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances within their control for the protection of the worker. Incidents shall be recorded and reviewed at the Occupational Health and Safety Committee. Reasonable steps within the control of the Employer will follow to address the legitimate health and safety concerns of employees presented in that forum. Any steps which are taken must duly consider the health & safety of the residents and proper compassionate care for all residents. The parties further agree that suitable subjects for discussion at the joint Union- Home Committee will include aggressive residents.
