Each time the Friends Partnership Agreement is up for its 5-year renewal, the Project Leader and the Friends Executive Director or President will also meet to review, modify, and sign this supplemental agreement. Regional Solicitor review is not required unless the scope of the changes to the template is significant enough to require such a review.
