Space and Services. 7.5.1 The University will provide the Association at no rent office space which will accommodate the Association support staff, a private office and meeting space, comprising the building at 0 Xx. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx.
7.5.2 The Association may use all internal services to be charged at the internal user rate.
7.5.3 The Association may use without restriction the internal campus mail delivery service for the purpose of communicating with Members.
7.5.4 The University shall provide the Association access to meeting rooms on campus for Association business through Room Reservations Services in accordance with normal booking procedures and regulations.
7.5.5 The Association’s staff will be paid through the University payroll system at the Association’s expense and may participate in the range of benefit options available to the Association Members with the same costs and payment arrangements. Any employer’s contributions will be paid by the Association.
Space and Services. The Employer shall continue to provide the Association, at no charge, with accessible, appropriately furnished, serviced and maintained space equivalent to 849 square feet of Net Assignable Square Feet. University services as may be agreed upon from to time by other parties shall be provided at the current rate for internal users.

Space and Services. We will provide you with one or more workspaces, use of a variety of common facilities, and a range of related workspace services, detailed by location in Exhibit A. Prior to commencing use of a CIC workspace, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained and reviewed an acceptable quote and you acknowledge the listed workspaces and services have been requested and agreed-to. With our consent, you may add additional workspaces and services under this Agreement at any time, in any CIC Premises. With respect to each CIC Premises in which you operate or use facilities, you agree that the applicable location-specific provisions for those CIC Premises listed in Exhibit A are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. If CIC adds a new location after this Agreement is executed, and you elect to operate in such new location, the provisions for that location in the latest online Exhibit A at wxx.xxx.xx/XxxxxxxX shall apply. These provisions are individually and collectively referred to herein as “Exhibit A”. In the event of any conflict between a provision of any part of the Agreement and a provision in Exhibit A, the provision in Exhibit A shall prevail. CIC’s facilities are open to you 24x7. The building provides HVAC services during normal business hours. Use of the Premises for large, private events is possible by prior arrangement. You agree that the services or actions that may be performed by CIC under this Agreement may also be performed by affiliates of CIC.
Space and Services. (a) The University will provide the Association with office space which will accommodate the Association support staff, a private office and meeting space, comprising 740 square feet at 110 Old Medical Building at no rent.
(b) The Association can use all internal services to be charged at the internal user rate.
(c) The Association can use the internal campus mail delivery service for the purpose of communicating with Members of the Bargaining Unit without restriction.
(d) The University shall provide the Association access to meeting rooms on campus for Association business through Room Reservations Services in accordance with normal booking procedures and regulations.
Space and Services. (a) Locations of Licensed Space shall be designated by BioLabs and subject to change from time to time.
(b) Sharing or shift use of benches is not permitted; each bench may be used by only one scientist.
(c) During the Term, Licensee shall be entitled to the use of the shared common facilities at the Premises (as designated by BioLabs from time to time) and the shared common facilities at BioLabs’ Other Premises (as defined below), including equipment (e.g., printers) contained therein (the “Common Facilities”). Licensee agrees to not abuse its right to use the Common Facilities and Campus Amenities and shall share the Common Facilities and Campus Amenities with other clients of BioLabs in accordance with BioLabs policies for use of the Common Facilities. Without limiting any of its other rights or remedies, If BioLabs believes in its reasonable discretion that Licensee is abusing its right to use the Common Facilities, and Licensee does not alter its conduct after receiving notice from BioLabs about the abuse, BioLabs shall be entitled to treat Licensee’s conduct as a material breach of this Agreement.
(d) The Licensed Space and Common Facilities are 24x7 facilities, and you may conduct business at the Licensed Space and Common Facilities at any time.
(e) Licensee acknowledges that even in the best-managed shared environments, systems, services, and security failures will occur. BioLabs will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide quality services and otherwise maintain a quality environment, but you acknowledge that BioLabs is not responsible for financial or other losses as a consequence of the receipt of services from BioLabs, or lack or insufficiency thereof, regardless of the cause.
Space and Services. We will provide you with one or more workspaces, use of a variety of common facilities, and a range of related office services detailed in Schedule D. The pro-forma quote or first invoice attached to this agreement details the initial workspaces to be used by the Licensee, and the applicable space and service rates. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained and reviewed an acceptable quote or invoice, prior to taking occupancy and you acknowledge the listed spaces and services have been requested and agreed-to. With our consent, you may add additional workspaces and services under this agreement at any time. The Company’s facility is open to you 24x7, and you may conduct business at there at any time. The Company does not permit its facilities to be used, however, as a substitute for sleeping accommodations. Actively choosing to sleep at the Company’s facility for the night is not consistent with the function of our facility, and we are not equipped to support it. Use of the premises for large, private events is possible by prior arrangement. The building provides HVAC services during normal business hours. For details see Exhibit A. Licensee acknowledges that even in the best-managed office environments, systems, services, and security failures will occur. The Company will make its best efforts to provide quality services and otherwise maintain a quality environment, but you acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for financial or other losses as a consequence of the receipt of services from the Company, or lack or insufficiency thereof, regardless of the cause.
Space and Services. The City will provide CVTD services for CVTD vehicles at the City of San Xxxxxx Fleet Services Facility located at 0000 Xxxxx Xxx, San Angelo, Texas, as follows:
Space and Services. (i) Industry Partners will have access to the services of a Designated UC Irvine Vision Research Consortium Facilitator for basic research and clinical trial collaborations which will include streamlined contracts and grants submissions and streamlined animal and IRB approvals
(ii) Industry Partners will have access to designated space in the Eye Institute including full service office and conference room for visiting Partners and protected meetings, as well as convenient access to laboratory, library and vivarium facilities.
(iii) Access and participation in educational events and programs such as directed medical education events coordinated with the UC Irvine Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Eye Institute’s CME Program and the opportunity to create, with institute personnel, custom training sessions and short- courses for employees.
(iv) Concierge clinical services including one stop appointments and facilitated consultations. .
