Aid to Other Organizations. 4.01 The Employer agrees and shall cause its designated representative not to aid, promote, or finance any other labor group or organization which purports to engage in collective bargaining or enter into any agreement with any such group or organization for the purpose of undermining the Association. 4.02 The Association shall not enter into agreements with any other organization against the interest of the Employer.
