Airbus North America Customer Services. Spares Center The Seller has established and will maintain, or cause to be maintained, as long as at least one (1) aircraft of the type of the Aircraft are operated by US airlines in commercial air transport service (the "US Term"), a US store adjacent to Dulles International Airport, Washington, DC, known as the Airbus North America Customer Services Spares Center - Washington ("Airbus North America Customer Services Spares Center"). The Airbus North America Customer Services Spares Center will be operated twenty-four (24) hours/day, seven (7) days/week, all year for the handling of AOG and critical orders for Seller Parts.
