Airline Clubs. Upon receiving the prior written approval of the CEO authorizing the Executive to join a particular airline club, the Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for dues for not less than two nor more than four airline clubs, provided such club memberships serve a direct business purpose and subject to such reasonable substantiation and documentation requirements as to cost and purpose as may be specified by the CEO from time to time.

Airline Clubs. Airline shall have the right to furnish and operate a preferred customer, VIP club, or similar private club. In addition to its space rents, Airline shall pay a concession fee if it provides goods or services for a charge, which concession fee shall be the applicable concession fee rate for like sales payable at the Airport; provided that no such payment shall be required with respect to: (i) goods or services obtained from concessionaires already obligated to make payments to the County with respect to such goods or services,
Airline Clubs. Any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, Lessee shall have the right to operate directly or through a designee, assignee or sub-lessee, member-only club facilities within such appropriate space leased to it in the South Terminal for such purposes, which club facilities shall be authorized to serve food and beverages; provided, however, food and beverages served in such member-only club facilities will be obtained by Lessee from an Airport food concessionaire to the extent that same are available for purchase from an Airport food concessionaire.

Airline Clubs. Executive is entitled to be enrolled in up to two (2) annual memberships in any available airline/frequent flyer club.

  • Sports related devices, services and medications used to affect performance primarily in sports- related activities; all expenses related to physical conditioning programs such as athletic training, bodybuilding, exercise, fitness, flexibility, and diversion or general motivation.

  • Air Travel Any air tickets purchased by the Recipient with Centre Funds, directly or indirectly, must be in excursion class or at lower fares. The applicable fare shall be purchased for the most direct and economical routing. The Recipient may reroute or upgrade at the Recipient’s own expense.

  • Gross Beta Flags A = Result acceptable, Bias <= +/- 50% with a statistically positive result at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty > 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, does not include zero). N = Result not acceptable, Bias > +/- 50% or the reported result is not statistically positive at two standard deviations (Result/Uncertainty <= 2, i.e., the range encompassing the result, plus or minus the total uncertainty at two standard deviations, includes zero).
