Annual Memberships a) MIC will solicit all Plan purchasers for annual memberships and upgrades of their TRAVELER PDQ memberships at MIC's expense. The benefits, services and content of any such annual memberships or upgrades of memberships must be approved by TMI before its use by MIC to solicit Plan purchasers. Subject to the provisions of Section 5(b) below, MIC shall pay TMI an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price of any membership and/or upgrade of a TRAVELER PDQ membership by a Plan purchaser ("Membership Fee"). This Membership Fee shall be payable for any such memberships or upgrades for which payment in full was received by MIC during the term of this Agreement.

Placing your Annual Membership on hold gives flexibility to take a break from your Ignit membership when your life gets chaotic. Members can put their membership on hold for up to 3 months during their Annual Membership. The minimum hold period is 1 month. Once the 12-month commitment period has been reached, there will be an extension period for the length of hold period(s) taken. To request a membership hold, stop by the Ignit front desk to complete a Hold Request Form. Once the extension period has been completed, your membership automatically renews with a month-to-month commitment period until you provide Ignit Sports & Fitness cancellation notice.
Annual Memberships. If Motivate offers an annual membership that includes unlimited rides of 60 minutes or less, the fee for such membership (the “Annual Membership Fee”) shall not to exceed the Annual Membership Fee Cap. The “Annual Membership Fee Cap” from the Closing Date until December 31, 2018 will be $95, and after December 31, 2018 will be $125, subject to CPI Adjustment plus 2%.
